2020 Spring and Summer Speed Camps
Let's face it. If you want to get faster, you need to do the work. Doing speed work sessions by yourself is usually something you dread and like most people. you just won't do them. This coached 6 week speed camp won't make the work any easier, but you wont be alone. Two coached sessions per week for six weeks will make you a stronger, more efficient and a faster run.
We will do a mile for time on the first land last day so you can see your improvement. This training program is for beginners to the more experienced runners looking to improve your over all time.
Every level can benefit from speed training.
Spring Session- 3/29/20-5/10/20- Thursday's- 5:30 pm, Sunday's - 8am
Summer Session- 5/20/0-7/12/20-Thursday's-5:30 am, Sunday's - 7am
