No Boundaries - Fleet Feet's 5K Training Program
The Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries 5K training program is for beginner runners or walkers.
It is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in 10-weeks of training! You get constant motivation, a dedicated coach, some great gear, and an incredible feeling of accomplishment!
Are you considering it? Here are some common questions:
How far is a 5k?
5k stands for five kilometers and is approximately 3.1 miles.
Do I have to be running/exercising right now?
Absolutely not! The program is designed to help you get started, but if you want to start on your own first that's fine too.
I'm overweight...can I still do the program?
Most definitely! There are no weight requirements for the program. If it is a concern, we would ask that you consult a doctor to make sure it is okay for you to begin an exercise regimen.
What if I can't make it to every Saturday?
That's okay too. The group training runs and seminars are there to help you stay motivated. So, we encourage you to come to as many as possible. However, we realize that things come up!
Can I train to walk the 5K?
Certainly!
Can I register for the program on March 5th?
If there are slots still available you can register on the 5th. However, the program may fill up before the first informational meeting, so try to register early.
