Spring Speed Camp #1

Its time again

Let's face it. If you want to get faster, you need to do the work. Doing speed work sessions by yourself is usually something you dread. And like most people, you just won't do them. This coached 6 week speed camp will not make the work any easier, but you will not be alone. Two coached sessions per week for six weeks will make you a stronger, more efficient, and stronger runner.

We will do mile for time on the first and last day so we can see the improvement.
