Fall Half Marathon training

Ok! Its time to lace up! 

Our 8 week training program for our Fall Half Marathon training program begins August 11, 2019. Whether its your first race or your 100th, we will be there for you every step of the way to help  you get to the not only the starting line, but the finish line happy and healthy. Our experienced coaches will teach you how to run with proper form, offer advise on nutrition and hydration, as well as injury prevention and recovery. Participants should be able to walk 4-5 miles at the start of training to fully benefit from the training program.

There are several target races to choose from:

October 6- Lions Turtle Bay Half- Redding, Urban Cow- Sacramento, Rock and Roll- San Jose

October 13- Humbolt Redwoods Half- Eureka, Bizz Johnson Half- Susanville

The 411:
8 weeks of training
Our long runs Sundays at 7am
Midweek runs: Thursdays at 5:30am

Training Includes: 
- Daily Training Schedules for your solo workouts
- Twice a week group training sessions
- Experienced coaches (they rock!) 
- Education on Proper Form, Pacing, Fueling, Stretching and More!
