Summer Speed Camp #2

The Second summer speed camp is almost here!

Let’s have some fun! Whether you’re just beginning and want to whip into shape for summer, or have a strong base, and want to fine-tune your speed quality for the fall, let’s train together! 
We will launch an awesome 6 weeks of training with a timed mile on the first day and will celebrate with a timed mile on the final training day to see the improvement. Most people see a 12 to 20 second drop in their mile time.


• A 6 week training program with coached workouts 2 workouts per week (Thurs. 5:30am, Sunday 8:00am)
• Each session is about an hour
• A plan for everyone- beginner, intermediate, advanced
• $45 Program Fee
